Where We Ship LEO. Apparel ships to New Zealand and internationally to a wide range of countries including Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Asia, and more.
Processing Times As many of our products are made to order through our partnered factories, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:
- New Zealand: 3–19 business days
- Australia: 5–19 business days
- United States: 5–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Split Shipments Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages and from different locations. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these costs.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
