Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Our average shipping time is 15 days. Our fastest shipping time is 3 days, it may take up to 28 days depending on customer location and selected shipping method. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, then shipped which takes 1-21 days, then couriered to your address in 1-7 business days.

Q: How do I enter the giveaways?

A: Simply place an order of at least $50NZD through our online checkout and you are automatically entered into the specified giveaway.

Q: Can I enter the giveaway more than once?

A: Yes! Every $50NZD spent automatically gives you another entry into the giveaway e.g. $50+ order = 1x Entry, $100+ order = 2x Entries, $150+ = 3 Entries.

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: Yes. Shipping is automatically FREE on orders over $100NZD.
There will also be a FREE SHIPPING CODE for orders under $100NZD.

Q: How do I receive my free gift?

A: The winner of each giveaway will be contacted, and the free gift will be delivered to their designated address. Winners can also pick up from us in Auckland, New Zealand.

Q: What if I don't live in New Zealand?

A: Our promotional giveaways are generally for NZ/AUS residents although, we can ship worldwide.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, shipping is available to most countries worldwide. Our shipping service will automatically determine whether we can ship to your address and let you know.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, every order should have a tracking number for you to track each package in transit.
